Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays) and shipping usually takes an additional 2-3 business days, unless noted otherwise in the product description or order confirmation email. If we see any errors or don't have a product in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible. 


Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for products released via raffle, orders with multiple pairs of the same shoe or limited or quick strike releases, such as but not limited to: Jordan retro products, Nike Dunks, and NOCTA.

SALE ITEMS: All sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for eligible products will only be accepted within 14 business days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn in new condition with original tags attached. Footwear must be shipped back with its shoe box and accessories. Please note, due to the limited nature of the products we carry, we cannot guarantee another size will be available for exchange.

When your return is received, we will credit the account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
