SHIPPING

We are currently experiencing extended processing and shipping times for online orders. Most orders are being processed within 5-7 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays) and shipping usually takes an additional 2-3 business days, unless noted otherwise in the product description or order confirmation email. If we see any errors or don't have a product in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns will only be accepted within 14 business days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn in new condition with original tags attached. A note with the order number stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size needs to be placed inside the returned package. Footwear must be shipped back with its shoe box and accessories. Please note, due to the limited nature of the products we carry, we cannot guarantee another size will be available for exchange.

SALE ITEMS: All sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will not be accepted for limited or quick strike releases, such as but not limited to: Jordan, NOCTA, Yeezy, and items purchased via raffle.
